When many
people think of salads, the thought of having minimal salad before dinner go
through head. Salad can do a lot more.
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- Parsley
- Spring onion
- Mint
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put all your vegetables in a salad
bowl.
Cut Two Tomato’s in a small pieces and
add in to bowl.
Take one cucumber, peel off and cut
it in to small piece and add them in to bowl as well.
Also Add Parsley and green onion.
For garnishing or tasty topping use
mint.
Use 2 to 3 table spoon of olive oil
as it is optional.
For the taste of tongue use one
lemon as it is also a source of vitamin C. people mostly love to use lemon
juice on salad.
Ground Black pepper is also used as a
topping on salad.
Mix well.
Enjoy your meal.
