Hey guys welcome
back to my new blog I’m excited to partner with Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil once again to finally
try out their Jamaican black castor oil line. So if you're interested in seeing
what my thoughts are how I use it for my wash day make sure you stay tuned.
First we
have the Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil strength and restore conditioner then we have the strengthen and restore shampoo and lastly the styling
lotion for it damaged natural hair so let's just jump into wash day all right
so I always want to give you guys a look before so you can see that before and
after.

I have a lot of access products that needs to come out so let's see if this line can do it obviously we're going to start by rinsing out I like to rinse my hair out thoroughly just to get as much product out as I can with water alone. The very first product we're going in with is the shampoo this is the strengthen and restore shampoo for damaged hair from the Jamaican black castor oil line the consistency was very cool all right so it's super light it's almost like caramel look at that.
it's kind of it looks very sticky but it's not
it's super easy to apply and kind of just immediately begins to work once it's
on your hair I was able to go in and detangle get those larger knots out which
means this did not strip my hair. Sometimes you put the shampoo in and it begins
to strip and you're it's hard to kind of move around not with this far so good
loving it.
It’s a sulfate free shampoo clarifying shampoo.
It removes build up while infusing hair with nourishing moisture.

we have the strengthen and restore rinse out hair conditioner and this is a reparative leave-in conditioner softens and detangles hair while reducing frizz all right this consistency is a little bit thicker but not too much thicker. It almost has the color of like a very light caramel with peanut butter almost.
Sometimes
shampoo or conditioner well specifically conditioner will sit on top of my hair
not this one soaked it right on up so this is blended with obviously Jamaican black
castor oil as well as fair trade Shea butter so this is helping nourish and moisturize
my curls to support and you know avoid any type of breakage.
I’m here for it granted my curls are not bouncing back like some conditioners would do it but I’m assuming it's just doing its job okay it's doing its job it's going into each strand moisturizing and making sure that I am having healthy bouncy lovely curls. So as I mentioned the back my hair wasn't bouncing back as it usually does and it's probably because my hair isn't as my curls aren't as loose in the back as they are in the front. Then once all of the conditioner is applied I just to strain my twist to make sure that everything stays detangled and I always do this but I don't always share it so that's just a tidbit. I also make sure to rinse it out because this makes your hair easier to maintain when it's time to style lastly. I’m going in with the styling lotion the consistency is very creamy almost like a buttercream it doesn't have a smell which is a little disappointing but overall the number one job is to restore moisture and give you a shine. it definitely does it this is obviously something that you're going to keep in your hair you will not rinse it out and I want to show you what it looks like and how juicy my twists are with this styling lotion only

On the
lotion and then I’m just goanna go on and style my hair so overall I believe
this is a really good line I will probably only use it when I feel like my hair
is super damaged or brittle. But overall I will leave everything that I have
used and mentioned in this blog in the details below so how you can go ahead
and purchase it if you've tried this let me know.
